JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE JAYANT PATEL) Mr.
Hemang Shah, learned counsel for Mr. Shalin Mehta, learned counsel for the applicant states that the communication could not be made and the address shall be supplied within two weeks. Upon such address being supplied, the office shall issue fresh notice to the unserved respondents at the new address, returnable on 19th July, 2012.
