Heard Mr.Shelat, learned advocate for the appellant-Insurance Company and perused the order dated 17.02.2012 passed by the Tribunal as well as the contentions raised in the memo of appeal.

Heard Mr.Shelat, learned advocate for the appellant-applicant-Insurance Company and perused the order dated 17.02.2012 passed by the Tribunal, RULE returnable on 20.08.2012.
In the meanwhile, ad-interim reilef in terms of Para-3(A) is granted on the condition that the remaining amount of award together with the proportionate cost and interest thereon shall be deposited by the appellant-applicant-Insurance Company in the Tribunal on or before the returnable date, as Mr.Shelat, learned advocate for the appellant-applicant-Insurance Company submitted that part of the amount pursuant to the impugned order has already been deposited.
