1. This court on 30.01.2012 passed the following order:
"Heard Mr. Sinha, ld. Counsel for the appellant. The issue regarding invalid licence is not proved, since the R.T.O documents for the vehicle involved was destroyed. So far as the issue regarding income is concerned there is no cross. However, with a view to enable Mr. Sinha ld. Counsel to place necessary documents which he wants to rely, S.O to 06/02/2012."
2. No paper book is produced on record till date. Mr. Sinha states that paper book could not be produced under a misconception and therefore requests for a weeks' time. List on 13.02.2012.
