Oriental vs Raiben

1. The claimants are served.

2. Heard learned counsel for the respective parties. Ad-interim relief granted earlier to continue as interim relief on the same terms, pending final disposal of the First Appeal. The balance 30% (thirty) amount shall be permitted to be withdrawn by the original claimants, by "account payee" cheque, after proper verification.

3. The application stands disposed of accordingly. Rule is made absolute to the above extent with no order as to costs.
