Though served, no one appears for respondent Nos. 1 and 2.

In view of explanation rendered in paragraphs 3, 4 and 5 of the application on oath sufficient cause is shown in filing appeal and accordingly prayer in terms of para 8(B) is granted.

Civil Application stands allowed and is disposed of accordingly. Rule is made absolute.
