1. Leave to amend the prayer Clause-3(A) is granted. The learned advocate for the applicant shall mention respondent Nos.4 and 6 instead of respondent Nos.1 to 6. Necessary amendment be carried out forthwith.

2. In view of the averments made in the application, the same is allowed in terms of Paragraphs-3(A) and 3(C). The application stands disposed of, accordingly.
