CIVIL APPLICATION No. 4524 of 2012:

Rule returnable on 18th June 2012. In the meantime, order dated 4.11.2011 passed by the MACT Tribunal (Aux) Gondal, Camp at Dhoraji in MAC Petition No.542 of 2008 is stayed on the condition that the awarded amount along with interest will be deposited before the Tribunal. Order of disbursement will be passed on the next date of hearing.
