(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE C L SONI) This application is by the original claimants seeking condonation of delay of 579 days in filing cross-objections in First Appeal No. 4809 of 2010. We have heard learned advocate for the applicant and also learned advocate for the insurance company-original appellant. We have gone through contentions of the application especially averments of para 4 of the application. We are satisfied that the applicant has sufficiently explained the delay occurred in filing the first appeal. We are, therefore, inclined to allow this application. Accordingly, this application is allowed. Delay of 579 days in filing the appeal is hereby condoned. This application stands disposed of.
