Heard learned Advocate Mr. V.C. Thomas for the applicant. Though served, no one appears for the respondent/s.

Considering the averments made in Paragraph 5 of the application, about the procedure undertaken by the appellant for getting necessary sanction of the administrative authority, sufficient cause is shown in filing the appeal. The delay of 27 days is condoned in terms of prayer at Paragraph 8.A. of the application.

Accordingly, the Application is allowed. Rule is made absolute.
