1. Heard learned advocate for the applicants.
2. Rule returnable on 27.02.2012. In the meantime, stay of the impugned award on condition that as the Insurance Company has already deposited the amount awarded, the applicants shall deposit their share with the Tribunal before the returnable date. Orders as to investment and disbursement shall be passed on the returnable date.
