Heard learned advocate for the applicant in all these applications.
All these applications are preferred under Order V, Rule 20 (1A) under Code of Civil Procedure since original respondents No. 1 and 2 in respective appeals were not served in spite of efforts were made.
In view of the above and averments made in paragraphs 1 and 2 of each of these applications, a case is made out to grant the prayer in terms of paragraph 3(A) of each of the applications at the cost of the applicant.
Registry to do the needful pursuant to the above order.
Each of the applications are allowed accordingly.
