Oriental vs Chagbai

The appellants have filed this appeal challenging the impugned award mainly on two grounds viz. [a] that the death of the deceased Hira Thavar Harijan was not on account of the alleged accident; and [b] that the original opponent No.1 was not driving scooter with the consent and permission of opponent Nos.2 to 4.

Learned advocate for the appellants is not present when the matter is called out.

In view of the above, post the matter on 20th June, 2012.
