Ad-interim stay granted earlier is confirmed on the condition that entire deposited amount shall be deposited by way of fixed deposit in the name of Nazir of the Tribunal with a nationalized bank initially for a period of one year and on maturity shall be renewed by one year at a time without any further orders in this regard till the disposal of the appeal. The interest accrued on the deposited amount shall be paid to the claimants. Rule is made absolute accordingly with no order as to costs.
