There will be unconditional stay of the execution of the impugned awards for a fortnights' period from today. If within the aforesaid period of time the appellant deposits the entire sum awarded with costs and interests before the Tribunal below, the stay will continue till the disposal of the appeal. If the amount is so deposited, the Tribunal shall invest the amount in a short-term fixed deposit with any nationalized Bank.
The Civil Applications stand disposed of accordingly.
