JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned advocate for the appellant shall take action for unserved respondents no. 4 & 5 within a period of four weeks from today failing which appeal shall stand dismissed qua unserved respondents/for default. Matter to come up on 12.03.2012.
In the meantime, office to call for R & P from the Tribunal so as to reach this Court on or before 09.03.2012.
Civil Application (Stamp) No. 8392 of 2004 filed for condonation of delay is rejected as there is no delay.
