JUDGMENT / ORDER

Sri Vidya Kant Shukla has received the notice on behalf of respondent nos. 1 to. 4. Hence there is no need to issue notice.
Learned counsel for the respondents is granted six weeks time to file counter affidavit. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, may be filed within a week thereafter.
List this case in the week commencing 08.08.2016.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is provided that until further order of this Court, the effect and operation of the order 12.04.2016 passed by Commissioner, Employee's Compensation Act, 1923, Allahabad/Dy. Labour Commissioner, U.P., Allahabad in W.C. Case No.95 of 2011 shall remain stayed.
50% of the amount already deposited shall be released in favour of the claimants without furnishing security and remaining 50% of the amount shall be invested in a fixed term deposit account in some Nationalized Bank for initial period of two years renewable from time to time.
