In this appeal, an interim order was passed on 5.7.2011. There is mistake in the order as well as in the memo of appeal. The counsel for the appellant has filed an application for correction of the same.
The counsel for the appellant is permitted to correct the same.
In the order dated 5.7.2011, for the word ' MACP No.2495 of 2007' the word 'MACP No. 495 of 2007' be read.
With these observation, the application is disposed of.
