JUDGMENT / ORDER

By means of order dated 12.02.2014, this Court directed to release 50% of the awarded amount, but respondent could get the same as lower court record was in the High Court.
In view of the above, let lower court record be sent to the Tribunal concerned and after release of 50% awarded amount, the Tribunal will again transmit the same to High Court.
