Issue notice. The appellant may take steps to serve the respondents by registered post.
Until further order of this Court, the effect and operation of the impugned award dated 22.1.2014 passed by the MACT/Additional District Judge, Court No. 1, District Meerut in MACP No. 688 of 2011 (Bramhpal Singh Vs. Jaiveer Singh & others) shall remain stayed provided the appellant deposits 50% of the amount of award within a period of four weeks. Any amount already depsoisted shall be given adjustment. Out of the amount deposited, the claimant shall be entitled to withdraw 50% of the amount and the balance amount shall be kept in a Fixed Deposit Scheme in a Nationalized Bank, yielding maximum interest.
The office is directed to remit the statutory amount to the concerned Tribunal within four weeks.
