(Per : MR.JUSTICE M.R.CALLA) No one is present on behalf of the appellant-Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation. Mr.Rashid Ali Hussein Miya Bukhari-the respondent is present in person. The respondent has raised a grievance before us that despite this Court's order dated 20.6.2001 no copy of the appeal and the papers have been supplied to him, so far.
2.Under the circumstances, it is directed that should the appellant-Corporation fail to supply the copies of relevant papers along with memo of appeaL to the present respondent who is working in the Geeta Mandir Depot 2, Chandola on or before 10.8.2001 this appeal shall stand dismissed automatically without reference to the court. Put up on 10.8.2001.
