I.A. No.3169/2013 is a petition dated 22.11.2013 to record the compromise between the parties. Learned counsel for the claimant pointed out that going by clause 3, the agreement was to deposit Rs.50,000/- before the Tribunal within one month from the date of compromise petition.
We record the settlement between the parties and the time for payment is fixed as one month from today. The appeal is disposed of as settled. Needles to say that if there is any default on the part of the company, to make the deposit, the respondent can execute the award as such. The I.A will form part of the judgment and decree.
