Order:
This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
“to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondent No.3 in suspending the authorization of the petitioner in respect of Fair price shop No.20 of Oppicherla Village, Karampudi Mandal, Guntur District vide proceeding in Rc.No.1159/2014/B, dated 16-082014, without giving an opportunity, as illegal, arbitrary and violative of the principles of natural justice and for a consequential direction to set aside the same.”
At the hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (AP), on written instructions from respondent No.3, submitted that on a reconsideration of the impugned order, respondent No.3 has set aside the same and restored the authorization of the petitioner vide Rc.No.1159/2014-B, dated 18.11.2014.
In view of the corrective steps taken by respondent No.3, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
As a sequel, WPMP.No.44067 of 2014, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
