JUDGMENT / ORDER

This writ petition is regarding installation of Milma booth in the premises of the District Hospital, Palakkad. It seems from the counter-affidavit that the petitioner's Milma booth has been evicted. The petitioner has vacated the premises of the District Hospital, Palakkad. In view of the above no relief can be granted to the petitioner. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed as infructuous.
