JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned A.G.A and perused the material placed on record.
This petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed to invoke the inherent powers of this Court to quash the charge sheet under Case Crime No. 347 of 2009, under Sections 342, 147, 363, 366, 376, 368 I.P.C. Police Station- Imalia, District Sultanpur.
In this case charge sheet has been filed on the basis of evidence recorded under Section 161 and 164 Cr.P.C. and other material collected during the investigation including the medical report etc. I regret for not finding any ground to quash the charge sheet. This petition is, therefore, dismissed.
