By means of the present writ petition, petitioners are praying that they may be permitted to participate in the selection process / test for the post of Block Resources Centre Coordinator (BRCC) in the respective blocks to be held in pursuance to the advertisement dated 10.2.2010. It has been contended that in pursuance to the above advertisement, petitioners have applied and the date fixed for the test has been postponed twice and now it has been orally made clear that the respondents will not permit the petitioners to appear in the examination. The petitioner in this connection has submitted a representation dated 13.6.2010 Annexure -9-A to the writ petition to the Principal DIET, Farrukhabad. Since the matter involves consideration of factual aspects, the petition is disposed of finally with the direction to the Principal DIET, Farrukhabad to consider and decide the aforesaid representation or any other representation which may be made by the petitioner within two weeks' from today in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two weeks' thereafter.
