Learned counsel for the petitioner states that petitioner does not want to contest the matter and wants to withdraw the petition and in this regard, Civil Misc. Withdrawal Application No.2 of 2018 has been filed.
Sri Rishikesh Tripathi, learned counsel for the respondents has no objection to withdrawal of the petition by the petitioner.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
