The petitioner claims that on account of medical treatment undergone by the petitioner, he is entitled to reimbursement of the medical claim, however, the same is not being paid to the petitioner. The petitioner, in this respect, moved a representation claiming sanction and grant of medical reimbursement, which is pending consideration before the Respondent No. 2.
Considering the fact that the representation is pending consideration before the Respondent No.
2 and no decision has yet been taken, the petitioner is granted liberty to file a fresh representation before the Respondent No. 2 within a period of four weeks from today along with a copy of this order. In the event, any such representation is filed, the Respondent No. 2 shall pass order within a period of two months from the date of filing of the representation in accordance with law.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
Copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court shall be treated as certified copy of this order.
