The petitioner is sub-contractor of a work allotted by Dedicated Freight Corridor Corporation of India Limited to the fourth respondent, which is Tata-ALDESA (JV).
The prayer in this petition is to command the respondents to make payment of the final bill submitted by the petitioner As the petitioner is sub-contractor of a private company and the payment will be made to the petitioner by that private company, the prayer of the petitioner cannot be accepted in writ jurisdiction.
The writ petition is dismissed without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to take recourse to such other appropriate legal remedies, as may be advised.
