The prayer sought by the applicant is to quash the order dated 08.02.2019 passed by the Additional District and Sessions Judge, Court No.10, Agra in S.T No.413 of 2012 arising out of case crime no.7 of 2010 under Sections 323, 504, 147, 148, 354, 376/511 I.P.C., Police Station-Mahila Thana Rakabganj, District-Agra pending before learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Court No.10, Agra by which an application 36Kha moved by the informant-Omwati was rejected.
I have perused the order impugned and I find that the said application was moved at the fag end of the trial and was rightly rejected by the learned trial Court. I do not find any reason to interfere in the matter.
Under circumstances, the present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. stands rejected.
