Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned Standing Counsel.
The applicant is before this Court for initiating contempt proceedings against the respondents for disobeying the order dated 06.10.2015 passed in Writ Petition No.56795 of 2015 (Omprakash Upadhyay and Another v. State of U.P. & Ors.).
On the matter being taken up today, Shri Sanjay Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for opposite party has pressed the affidavit of compliance dated 30.01.2017 and submits that in response to the writ court order, the order dated 25.11.2016 has been passed by the opposite party no.1 and as such necessary compliance has been ensured in the matter.
The Court has proceeded to examine the record in question and finds that substantial compliance has already been ensured in the matter. However in case the applicant has any grievance, he can always agitate his claim before the Authority/Court concerned.
With these observations, the Application is disposed of. Notices, if any, stand discharged.
