The petitioner herein seeks for quashing of the first information report dated 27.03.2021 registered as Case Crime No.0003 of 2021, under Sections 409, 201, 204 I.P.C., Police Station Bareilly Sector (Vigilance Establishment), District U.P. Vigilance Establishment U.P.
The allegation made in the first information report against the petitioner is based on clear facts. The petitioner has submitted forged certificates in his department for being appointed as government employee. Therefore, no case is made out for quashing of the F.I.R.
