Against the order of dismissal, petitioner has preferred an appeal before respondent no. 2 which has remained pending since 4.1.2021. It is stated that the petitioner has no other means to support himself and, therefore, the appellate authority be requested to decide petitioner's pending appeal, expeditiously.
Prayer in that regard is not opposed by the learned standing counsel.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition stands disposed of with a direction upon respondent no. 2 to make all endeavours to dispose of petitioner's pending appeal, expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date of presentation of copy of this order, annexing therewith copy of memo appeal.
