JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the appellant.
Adjournment was sought by learned counsel for the appellant, which was opposed by counsel for the respondent.
The deficiency in Court has not been good and no time is being sought for the same. But this Court is suo motu granting time to the appellant for make in deficiency good within three months.
It is hereby made clear that neither this appeal has been admitted nor any interim/stay order has been passed in it. It is also made clear that plaintiffs/respondents are not restrained from executing the decree of lower courts and they shall not be deprived of fruits of the decree of lower courts unless otherwise specifically directed by this Court.
List this case in the 3rd week of September, 2016.
