1. Heard Sri Krishna Manohar Tiwari, learned counsel for applicant, learned AGA for State and perused the material available on record.
2. The present bail application has been moved by accused-applicant for enlarging him on bail in Case Crime No. 381 of 2015, under Sections 376, 506 I.P.C. and 3/4 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, Police Station Naujheel, District Mathura.
3. It is contended that applicant has been implicated falsely but from perusal of record, I find that applicant is named in FIR and victim has supported FIR version in her statement recorded under Section 161 and 164 Cr.P.C. making allegation of rape against applicant.
4. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, I do not find it a fit case where applicant should be enlarged on bail.
5. Subject to above observation, bail application of applicant is rejected.
