Heard Sri Ashutosh Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent-State.
At the very outset learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent-State states that the F.I.R. has been lodged in the matter as Case Crime No.124 of 2018, under section 381 IPC at P.S. Mubarakpur, District Azamgarh.
Faced with the aforesaid submission, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petition has become infructuous and he seeks leave to take appropriate remedy in law.
The writ petition is dismissed with the aforesaid remedy.
