JUDGMENT / ORDER

ORDER:
Heard.
2. Petitioners’ grievance is that in spite of complaint, dated 26.07.2014, the F.I.R. is not being registered on account of political influence of the accused and, as such, direction is sought to register and enquire into the said complaint.
3. Learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that on the basis of complaint of the petitioners, the Station House Officer, Chandrayangutta Police Station, registered a case in Crime No.205 of 2014 for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 307 r/w 149 IPC on 26.07.2014 against six accused and investigation was taken up. It is further stated that on account of the intimation received from the hospital authorities of Darreshewar Hospital, where petitioner No.1 was admitted as inpatient, statement of petitioner No.1 was recorded and another case in Crime No.206 of 2014 was registered under Section 324 r/w 34 IPC against six of the accused and the investigation was taken up in both the said crimes. It is assured that the investigation would be completed in an impartial and sincere manner and appropriate reports would be submitted to the Jurisdictional court at the earliest.
4. In view of that, therefore, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.
Writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
