JUDGMENT / ORDER

Ext.P1 order was subjected to challenge by way of appeal. In view of the coercive steps taken in the meanwhile, the petitioner approached this Court by filing WP(C) No.5597/2013. The said writ petition was disposed of as per Ext.P3 judgment dated 28.02.2013, directing the 3rd respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the appeal within a time limit. The coercive proceedings were intercepted, observing that the petitioner had already satisfied nearly 50% of the disputed liability, as borne by Ext.P2 receipt. Ext.P4 is the order passed by the appellate authority, which in turn is under challenge before the 2nd respondent by way of Ext.P5. The prayer is to cause the same to be considered and disposed of within a reasonable time.
2. Heard the learned Government Pleader as well.
3. After hearing both the sides, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to pass appropriate orders on Ext.P5 in accordance with law, after giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned. It shall be done at the WP(c). No.26881 of 2014 2 earliest, at any rate, within a period of 'two months' from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
4. Further proceedings pursuant to Ext.P4 shall be kept in abeyance till such time.
The petitioner shall produce a copy this judgment along with a copy of this writ petition before the 2nd respondent for further steps.
