(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE A.L.DAVE) The corpus is produced before us by respondent No.8. She is reported to be pregnant of seven months. She was brought from Delhi three days back and was admitted to Nari Sarakshan Gruh at Odhav, wherefrom she was brought before us today. According to corpus, she has married to respondent No.3 who is now in the custody because of the FIR lodged against him for the offence punishable under Sections 363 and 366 of the Indian Penal Code.
Before passing orders, this Court would like to talk to respondent No.4 - father of the respondent No.3. Hence, this petition is adjourned to 14th June, 2012. In the meantime, the corpus would be kept in the Nari Sarakshan Gruh at Odhav.
