In this petition, the petitioner has sought to set aside the notice issued under Section 91 of the Code of Criminal Procedure by the respondent-police.
2. When the matter was taken up today, learned Additional Government Advocate submitted that in response to the aforesaid notice, the petitioner has appeared before the police on 13.07.2018 and statement of the petitioner has been recorded.
3. In view of the aforesaid submission, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, the same has been dismissed as having become infructuous.
