Heard learned counsel for the petitioners; learned A.G.A. for the respondents 1, 2 and 3; and perused the record.
The instant petition has been filed by an accused seeking transfer of investigation to an independent agency as also to ensure fair investigation of Case Crime No.855 of 2019, P.S.Badaut, District Baghpat which relates to a murder.
There is nothing in the petition to demonstrate that the investigating officer has any personal bias against the petitioner and, therefore, is not investigating the matter properly.
Under the circumstances, the prayer is misconceived. The petition is dismissed.
