The instant petition seeks quashing of the F.I.R., dated 4.1.2019 registered as Case Crime No. 0019 of 2019, under Sections 419, 420, 467 and 471 I.P.C., P.S. Iglas, District Aligarh.
The allegations in the First Information Report is that a sale deed was got executed by setting up an impostor and thereafter, on the basis that forged sale deed, mutation in the revenue records was obtained. The alleged scribe of the sale deed is the petitioner and witness of the sale deed is Megh Raj Singh.
As the First Information Report discloses commission of cognizable offence, no case to quash the First Information Report is made out.
The petition is dismissed.
