Grievance of the petitioners is that the respondent nos. 5 to 10 had illegally occupied the petitioners' land.
Learned Standing Counsel submits that the petitioners have an efficacious alternative remedy of filing a Suit under Section 134 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006.
Under such circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, it is being provided that if the petitioners file a Suit within a period of two weeks from the today, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law.
With these observation, the writ petition is disposed of.
