Following orders were passed in the matter on 10.09.2018:-
"Petitioner submits that his application for grant of voluntary retirement has been kept pending for more than one year.
Learned Standing Counsel may obtain instructions. It shall also be disclosed as to whether any disciplinary enquiry is pending against the petitioner or not?
Put up in the additional cause list on 19.9.2018"
Learned standing counsel has obtained instructions, according to which petitioner was directed to appear personally in support of his affidavit given for grant of voluntary retirement, but since he has not appeared, as such, no orders were passed upon his application.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that petitioner shall appear before the Special Land Acquisition Officer, Sant Ravi Das Nagar (Bhadohi) on 27.09.2018.
In case petitioner does so, the competent authority shall pass an appropriate order upon the petitioner's application for grant of voluntary retirement within a further period of four weeks thereafter.
With the aforesaid observations, this petition stands disposed of.
