Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Satish Chaturvedi, learned counsel for the respondents.
The petitioner was holding the post of Non-Medical Supervisor under the Chief Medical Officer, Auraiya. He retired as such in 2013. All other retiral dues etc. have been paid but without assigning ay reason, the GPF amount has not been paid so far in spite of various representations being made.
The writ petition is disposed of with the direction to respondents No.3 and 5 to consider the claim of the petitioner and pass appropriate order as far as possible within a period of two months from the date of filing of a certified copy of this order before them.
