The petitioner by means of this writ petition has challenged the order by which his license to store and sell fire works has been suspended.
Against the order of suspension, the petitioner has remedy of filing an appeal under Section 121 of the Explosives Rule 2008.
In case, such an appeal is filed, the same be considered and decided in accordance with law.
In case an application for stay is filed, the same be also considered and decided in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
