In pith and substance, the petitioner is asking that his representation/application dated 09.01.2018 addressed to the District Inspector of Schools, Azamgarh, with regard to consideration of his case for payment of all retiral benefits as well as GPF funds and other retiral dues, may be decided expeditiously.
Learned Standing Counsel very fairly submits that in case any such representation is pending, the same would be decided by the concerned authority.
In view of the above, without entering into the merit of the case, the writ petition, on consent, stands disposed of directing the District Inspector of Schools, Azamgarh, to consider and decide the aforesaid representation/application of the petitioner by a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably, within two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
