Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and Sri Baleshwar Chaturvedi, learned Counsel for the respondent-department.
The instructions have come in this matter. Learned Counsel for the department informs the Court that they have just opened a new scheme for providing electricity connections to run the tube-well and it will take sometime.
We are of the view that the department will ensure that the petitioner's application for grant of electricity connection for the tube-well will also be considered within the next six weeks and it may be treated as urgent.
With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
