Heard Sri S.M.A. Abdy, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned standing counsel for the State-respondents and Sri Ajeet Kumar Singh, learned Additional Advocate General for the respondent nos. 2 and 3.
Petitioner claims himself to be Vice Principal of the respondent no. 8 institution. He has filed this writ petition praying for a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari to quash the order dated 9.7.2018, passed by the respondent no.4, whereby voluntary retirement of the respondent no.9, has been accepted subject to the condition that if any suppression of fact is found in future then the order shall be deemed to be ineffective.
The impugned order has caused no prejudice to the petitioner. The petitioner has no locus standi to challenge the impugned voluntary retirement order of the respondent no.9. Under the circumstances, the writ petition is dismissed.
It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion with regard to the correctness of the impugned order of voluntary retirement of the respondent no.9.
