Learned counsel for the petitioner at the very outset says that his client has been reinstated in service on 16.07.2018. He has produced a copy of the letter no. 964 dated 26.07.2018 sent by the Ghaziabad Development Authority, Ghaziabad which is taken on record.
He further says that this writ petition has become infructuous against the suspension order but he may be given liberty to file a fresh petition for his remaining grievances.
This writ petition is dismissed as infructuous insofar as challenge to the suspension order is concerned. However, the petitioner is given liberty to file a fresh writ petition for his remaining grievances, if any.
