Heard Ms. Babita Shukla, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned standing counsel for the respondents.
The reliefs claimed by the petitioner read as under:
"i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no. 2 to decide representation of the petitioner dated 8.1.2019 pending before him within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court.
ii) Issue any other writ order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit any proper under the facts and circumstances of the case"
The only relief claimed by the petitioner is to decide the representation. It is not indicated as to whether the representation is a statutory representation which casts statutory duty upon the respondents to decide the same.
We therefore dismiss the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh writ petition seeking proper relief.
